Strobist: A single 580EX on the front of the vehicle fired by an ST-E2 (I was amazed it worked in all that sunshine!) A 5′x4′ silver reflector camera left, and a 80cm gold reflector on Angie’s face.

A few liberties with Photoshop shuffling picture elements into better positions, and cloning out one or two anomalies. Lots of curves, dodge & burn etc.

Bugger! Just noticed an anomalous shadow. :-(
