Easy to operate. It provided instant pain relief. I refuse to take pain pills, and am way to active to let my strained lower back heal. This machine feels like your getting a lower back massage for hours. And it blocks the pain at the same time. Its highly adjustable. The TENS has 4 modes B/N/M/M1, B is for a rapid burst, N for a continuous output, M and M1 are two different ways of varying intensity for a wave effect. The EMS has 2 modes both are adjustable for ramp up duration (default 1 sec)/contraction duration (default 5 sec)/relax duration(default 10 sec).
