I’ve had this product before and wasn’t able to find it by retail shopping. Searched many stores and finally found the exact one I had. Be careful not too microwave too long though… you’ll end up burning a little hole and all the beads will flow out. Other than that, a great purchase.

My boyfriend has owned the identical item for 12 years and has never had a problem with it. I micro-waved the pack for 2 minutes and 40 seconds (the same amount of time we have always used to micro-wave the older pack), and one of the seams burst. This happened after only half a dozen uses. It’s frustrating because I otherwise like this product.

Has great moist heat. Stays warm about 20 minutes. Would like the ability to immediately reheat it. Would have given it 5 stars if that was possible.

I bought one three years ago, and use it every evening, and usually twice a day. I’m buying another one as a backup. It does a great job in relieving my buttock pain. I put mine in the microwave for 1 min, 50 seconds. It’s rather hot initially and it stays warm for at least an hour. If too hot, just reduce the microwave time.
