How to relieve inflammation without NSAIDs (details)?
All of the over-the-counter and prescription anti-inflammatory medications I’ve tried have hurt my stomach. Other than ice packs, does anything else help?
I just found out I have severe rhematoid arthritis, is here anything else besides pills such as Nsaids?
I have bad stomach and cant really take them. Is there anything else out there that could help the pain to diminish it in time? These would include books, exercises, creams, drinks, foods, and all natural herbal rememedies. Please help this once very active 24 year old??? Any suggestions???
