I am 36 and have a new diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Have a question. ?
Various blood tests were positive, but other than general fatigue and achiness, I have not had any real swelling. Now, my middle finger on my right hand is swollen, stiff, and it hurts. I know RA affects everyone different, but is it common for it to progress one finger/joint at a time?
What does this arthritis diagnosis mean?
My X-rays (pelvis & hips) came back with this diagnosis: “Mild degenerative change is seen w/o acute bony process.” Does any1 know what “bony process” means?
