Arthritis Diagnosis

My X-rays (pelvis & hips) came back with this diagnosis: “Mild degenerative change is seen w/o acute bony process.” Does any1 know what “bony process” means?

Arthritis is often accompanied by little collections of calcium that form into bumps on the bones, especially on or near joints. These little bumps get bigger over time and are called “bony processes”.
I don’t mean to preach, but you should ask your Dr. to explain things like this because he knows how it fits into your personal, overall health picture.
