		<description>I take this all natural product called Rio Vida..... it is potent in anti oxidants which also are great anti inflammatories.  It helped a few ppl i know with arthritis and gout even. It also has other ingredients in it which help the immune system..... just type in rio vida in google.

Actually i found a web site for it.....http://www.4tf.com/riovida.htm   not sure if it is the main one but atleast you will get the drift.... if not this product.... try something that is high in anti oxidants/anti inflammatory ... it should help to take the swelling down which is due to inflammation.</description>

		<description>As the inflammation in the joint diminishes so should the swelling.  Sometimes toe splints help because the toe is immobilized...They can be purchased at the drug store..
