I have psoriatic arthritis, which I take Enbrel for. It really helps, but I still have swelling in my big toe. Would like to find out it there is anyway I can relieve this.

As the inflammation in the joint diminishes so should the swelling. Sometimes toe splints help because the toe is immobilized…They can be purchased at the drug store..
Good luck..

I take this all natural product called Rio Vida….. it is potent in anti oxidants which also are great anti inflammatories. It helped a few ppl i know with arthritis and gout even. It also has other ingredients in it which help the immune system….. just type in rio vida in google.

Actually i found a web site for it…..http://www.4tf.com/riovida.htm not sure if it is the main one but atleast you will get the drift…. if not this product…. try something that is high in anti oxidants/anti inflammatory … it should help to take the swelling down which is due to inflammation.

Try this: soak your foot for 5 minutes in water as hot as you can tolerate, then switch quickly to cold water for one minute. Do this 3 times in a row.
