This product releived the pain on his knees during the night. He says it is very comfortable.

Device is tapered, so the entry end where you put your leg in is slightly bigger than the exit. That helps keep it snug and in place. The material it’s self is stretchy and breathable. The pillow/pad is a good density, and has a small indentation to accept the bulge of the joint from your other leg (somebody thought this thing thru!). I’ve had this for a couple weeks now, and found it comfortable from the first day. The main reason I got it is that the small pillow I was using before, while designed to fit between the knees, would get lost and sometimes fall out of the bed. This stays in place all night.
