This stuff is crap. Extra Strength my leg. My achy hurting leg that wasn’t helped at all by this placebo, that is. This stuff works alright for fevers, but for pain, Aleve and Advil are the way to go. This stuff isn’t even worth getting because Advil works equally well for fevers, and exponentially well for pain.

I have found Tylenol Extra Strength to be very effective in reliefing pains and headaches. It works fast, specially with those headaches where I need immediate relief to be able to get along with the rest of my busy day-to-day job and motherhood. The small size of the caplets makes it very easy to swollow both caplets at the same time.

I’d really recommend Tylenol to those who suffer chronic pains e.g.Headaches. Paracetamol is the safest analgesic to be used, with the fewest side-effects. You don’t get the stomach upset you get with Ibuprofen and other NSAIDs.
Those rapid release gelcaps are also effective. They get absorbed faster than most analgesics, giving you fast pain-relief.

I’ve been using tylenol for over a decade and have found it to be effective. I have tried generic brands of acetaminophen but they did not work as well as tylenol for some reason, so i’ll stick with Tylenol.
