Tylenol. Never ever take aspirin again.

how about Tylenol? It’s not an NSAID.

Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) is a pain reliever, it can relieve a minor headache. It is NOT a Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory drug. It’s available over the counter — popular brands are Tylenol, Tempra, Panadol, Biogesic.

If you are allergic to NSAIDs, then you should NEVER take Ibuprofen, Mefenamic Acid, Aspirin, Naproxen, Mefenamic acid, etc. Read the labels of the meds you are taking. If you are not sure, do not take medications without the guidance of your healthcare provider.
