Arthritis Cause
Does running cause arthritis and/or hemorroids?
I am currently overweight and I plan on losing weight via weightlifting, running, and sit-ups/push ups. However, a friend of mine warned me that running may cause arthritis and even hemorroids. I am still trying to find an alternative way of exercsing but running is a hobby I enjoy. Does it really cause arthritis and/or hemorroids. Thank you for any answers.
Running is good for you. It can cause your joints to be sore, which some people think is arthritis and it’s not. Some people also think tendinitis is arthritis. I’m not sure what causes arthritis, but I do know running is good for you. However, I have NEVER heard of running giving you hemorrhoids. I ran track for 5 years and never heard of such a thing. I doubt that happens. I’ve heard you can get them if you are overweight or if you sit a lot, but never from running. Sometimes people just get them.
